This class will cover what bitters are, the role they play in the body, and how this impacts overall health. We will review bitter herbs and foods and provide ideas for incorporating bitters into daily life through recipes and herbal supplements, including infusions/decoctions, tinctures, and Herba Flora. Participants can expect helpful handouts to take home, Herba Flora samples, and tastings of healthful bitter herbs and foods as the season provides.
