Classic Pie Crust

From the perfect crust to mouth-watering fillings, this class will bring it all. Participants will walk through the entire pie-making process from beginning to end and sample fresh-baked pie. Join Martha, our OFC staff pie extraordinaire, for tips and techniques, ingredient recommendations, and plenty of time for your questions. This is a wheat-filled class, and not a good fit for those living gluten-free.
Please bring a rolling pin and a pie pan to make your own crust in class to bring home and bake.
