We collect only the information necessary to serve our community and manage the Co-op.

• Curbside Pickup (WebCart): We use WebCart by ECRS to power our online store. When you place an order, we collect your name, contact information, and order history to process your payment and fulfill your groceries.
• Job Applications: When you apply for a Staff Collective position or run for the Board of Directors, we collect your name, contact info, employment history, and all other information you submit during this process.
• Class Registration: We use Eventbrite for class sign-ups. You provide your details directly to them, and we receive your name and email to manage the roster. We do not see your credit card information.
• Suggestion Box: You may submit comments physically in-store or online. You can choose to remain anonymous or provide your name if you would like a direct response.
• Newsletters: If you subscribe to our email updates, we collect your name and email address.
