Canning Basics – Part II

In this second in the “Intro to Canning” series, Jeannine will demo water bath canning by making and canning jam. There will be a small sample jar to take home. If time allows, the instructor will also demonstrate canning fruit in syrup or juice. You must be registered for all three parts of this class in order to attend.
