An OFC cook and Bulk Foods Manager, Arturo will lead the class through a handful of his favorite Peruvian dishes, including classic Andean preparations of potatoes, and an intensive on Peruvian spices. This is a vegetarian-friendly class, with recipes you’ll take home that can easily be recreated with meat if you choose.
