Deli Favorites! Gluten Free and Vegan!

We’ll make 2 dishes that are a fan favorite from the Olympia Food Co-op Deli, a marinated tempeh (contains almonds) with a quinoa salad and millennial pink noodles (contains peanuts.) You will love the strange alchemy that turns the noodles pink.

Elaine Hacker currently cooks for the Deli at the Olympia Food Co-op. She was in the Bakery and Pastry Arts Program at SPSCC and has worked at various local bakeries. She has been inspired to offer some cooking classes that are gluten free.
