Co-op staff members operate as a collective and are responsible for coordinating the stores’ operations. Additionally, all staff participate in collective governance and decision making and anti-oppression work. Staff have the opportunity to choose between a wide variety of trainings related to store operations and governance.
These include product department management, merchandise buying, retail floor coordination, hospitality, welcoming and training volunteers, making exciting meals and desserts for the deli, financial management, IT, social media management and so much more!
