turkeys start arriving on November 14th!

Both the eastside and westside Olympia Food Co-op locations will be offering Mary’s brand turkeys for your seasonal gathering again this year. These are some of the highest quality turkeys available, all are certified GMO-free from 3rd party certifier, The Non-GMO Project, and all turkeys have access to forage and roam- meeting the Global Animal Partnership‘s Step 3 level in access to outdoors and humane treatment.

All turkeys are first-come, first-served, and we will have plenty for everyone.

We have kept our pricing the same as in years past, $3.99/lb for the certified organic birds and $2.99/lb for the certified GMO-free/Free Range birds.

The eastside location expects delivery of the first turkeys arriving frozen on November 14th – for all you early birds, with the fresh (meaning not frozen) turkeys arriving November 18th and even more arriving on November 21st.

The westside is expecting one delivery, receiving their fresh birds on November 21st. Sizes and availability may vary, we encourage you to come on in, and ask staff for assistance, and we will match you to the turkey that meets your needs.

The eastside is also expecting a few Holiday Hams from Niman Ranch, and will be carrying Mary’s Duck throughout the season as well. Special orders for other cuts of meat can be discussed with a staff person, and the meat department will work to meet your request.
