Get a behind-the-scenes look at our favorite sauerkraut makers, OlyKraut. Join us for a tour of one of our favorite, long-standing local produce farms! Rising River Farm grows more than 100 varieties of organic vegetables, herbs, and strawberries. Rising River Farm got its start in 1994, and is owned and operated by Jennifer Belknap and Jim McGinn.
