User’s Manual for YOUR Body

Growing up, most us don’t learn how our bodies really function or how to interpret the many signs and symptoms they give us. We aren’t taught to investigate how different lifestyle and dietary choices impact our lived experience. In this class we will learn about what nutrients the body needs, what they are used for and where to find them in whole food forms. We will also learn how the body communicates if there is a nutritional deficit, incompatibility or sensitivity. This is the first class in a series designed to help educate you on how to better understand your body and work with it to achieve an optimal state of health and vibrancy.
