The Myths & Magic of Juicing and Fasting

In this class, we will cover the basics of designing a safe and enjoyable cleanse and fast that is tailored to your body, life history, and lifestyle. We’ll explore the positive aspects of incorporating cleanses and fasts into a yearly routine, and how spring is a perfect time to try one out. We will make one or more fresh juices, suitable for juice fasts, and we will try several simple smoothie recipes for an early summer cleanse. This class is open to newbies and experienced cleansers/fasters alike.
