Come join Co-op staffer Erin Majors and Board Member Jim Hutcheon for an evening of fabulous seasonal cooking. This is the first in a four part series where we will make seasonal dishes using the ripest and freshest produce we can get our hands on. Late August will be at the height of our local season, and you can expect to be wowed by simple yet delicious dishes such as Watermelon Gazpacho and Quinoa Black Bean Salad with Corn and Fresh Peppers. Bring your appetite and your sense of adventure and you will not be disappointed.
