A knife skills class for kids 6-9 who have no or very little previous knife skills. Participants will enjoy a small class size to maximize safe supervision, and require that a parent attend in a 1:1 ratio with the kids. The adults will have an active role in the class. We will go over basic knife skills, prepare a few simple dishes, and have fun! Some knives will be provided, but parents are encouraged to bring their own sharp paring knives and cutting boards.
