From the comfort of your own kitchen, join Monica from the Co-op Deli via zoom for some delicious and saucy dishes.  We’ll make three dishes, each with a special sauce, roast carrots with muhammara, apricot cauliflower with tahini sauce and baked fish with hollandaise. We’ll discuss your favorite sauces, maybe exchange some recipes.

Recipes and a zoom link will be sent to registered participants. As you will be purchasing your own ingredients, this class is free.
