Come and join us with Julie Kamin-Martin (founder of Oly-Cultures) in fermenting and preserving jalapenos, Lacto-Fermented Peppers. These are used along side any culinary dishes or dice them up and included in other dishes that you wish to add a “kick” too. This is a great way to be adding healthy probiotics and bacteria to you diet, which not only aids in a healthy digestion, but is another way to build up our immune system.
