Introduction to Detox

This welcoming class is for the ‘just curious’, those ready to try their first detox, and experienced detox-ers looking for fresh encouragement. If you are feeling sluggish, generally achy, or have brain fog, you may benefit from this holistic approach to giving your body a break from unwanted toxic buildup. Detoxing is great for anyone who wants to increase physical energy or sharpen mental focus. We will discuss how detoxification works in your body and try out some detox-friendly recipes.
