In this class, we will review immune system functions and how we influence our immune systems, including nutrients and anti-nutrients, eating practices, digestive aids, our gut flora, and the role of sleep in immunity. You will learn the ins and outs of how to support your body’s natural systems when you do get sick, and protocols in case you need to take anti-biotics. This class is largely focused on food-based nutrition and lifestyle practices, but we will also look at pro-biotics, digestives, and vitamin supplements.
