Have you ever wanted to make your own sauerkraut at home? Come learn the skills to feel confident making sauerkraut at home. You will learn the ins and outs of making sauerkraut and walk away with recipes. We will make a batch! We will taste locally made sauerkraut from OlyKraut! There will be plenty of time for questions and troubleshooting.
Have you ever wondered what the benefits are to your health and to your digestion? We will also talk a little nutrition to answer the “WHY” this is important question. We will talk about what role fermented foods play in digestion and immune system function. Bring your questions or just come with a curious mind and some salivating taste buds!
