Food Fun with Fermenting Cultures

Erika will share her exciting experiments with fermenting cultures used for food preparation and food preservation. It is so easy to start a fermentation process with all kinds of food, cooked or raw, which keeps food fresh for two weeks or longer. All that, and you add a probiotic value to your meals. Come enjoy new options of fun food preparation and preservation. Taste samples for you included, as well as a sample to take home. Please bring a 1½ pint canning jar.
