Sash Sunday is an Olympia local and in 2008 founded OlyKraut, Olympia’s raw sauerkraut and cultured foods company. She has been focused on fermentation for the last couple of decades and enjoys sharing these tasty microbial wonders with the community.
Meghan Hintz has been fermenting since 2010 to support her health and sense of culinary adventure. She loves demystifying the art and science of home fermentation so people can enjoy and benefit from their own creations.
