Join me to learn how to make these flavorful vegan Ethiopian dishes using traditional spices and techniques to create rich, slow-simmered veggie meals. A demo on how to make Injera, Ethiopia’s signature flatbread, is also included!

After moving to the United States, Eleni missed the food she grew up enjoying in Ethiopia. Through experimentation and recreating beloved traditional dishes, she decided to share the unique flavors and exotic aromas of Ethiopian cuisine with others. This journey led to the creation of her line of Ethiopian packaged food products, now sold in retail stores. Eleni is now excited to introduce her latest offering—frozen Injera, a naturally fermented, gluten-free flatbread made from 100% Teff flour—now available at Olympia Food Co-op.

This will be an online zoom class. Recipes will be emailed ahead of class for you to cook along in your own kitchen.
