Learn simple techniques to reduce anxiety and fatigue while optimizing your energy
and well-being. We will practice the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (pronounced “jit-soo”) by using
- our fingers and hands to harmonize, balance and keep our energetic pathways clear and flowing. We will briefly explore the basic foundation of JSJ and participate in guided self-help activities to increase your resilience, minimize your stress reactions, boost your energy and support yourself and others at home.
