Cooking with Greens

Are you growing greens in your garden this year and want ideas of how to use lots of them in your cooking? Or have you been trying to incorporate more greens into your diet and want easy, tasty recipe ideas? Come join Erin and learn some simple, delicious recipes that use lots of greens. We will make dishes that use kale, chard, arugula, spinach, and collard greens. Class will be vegetarian.
