Ayurveda and Social Justice

August 24 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

In this experiential workshop, we’ll learn about Ayurveda, an ancient system of holistic healing from South Asia, with a focus on cooking. We’ll learn about Ayurvedic perspectives on food and nutrition and cook a few medicinal dishes. We’ll also explore the connections between Ayurveda and social justice through interactive dialogues and reflections.
